We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team at ALISA CONSTRUCTION INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as managing contracts and scheduling appointments.

Work Setting

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the construction industry and be willing to relocate. They will also have a strong understanding of business terminology and be proficient in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Manage contracts and scheduling appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in the construction industry
  • Willingness to relocate
  • Strong understanding of business terminology
  • Proficiency in MS Office
