This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description:The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with various construction projects, including landscape constructions, driveway installations, and retaining wall builds. Key duties include:
- Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials;
- Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt;
- Assisting with landscape constructions and planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees;
- Laying sod or seed;
- Cleaning and piling salvaged materials;
- Clean-up of chemical spills and other contaminants;
- Removal of rubble and other debris from construction sites;
- Operating various equipment such as concrete vibrators, screeds, and chippers;
The ideal candidate will have physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in variable weather conditions, ability to operate various equipment and machinery, strong interpersonal skills for teamwork and communication, manual dexterity for tasks such as planting and laying materials, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
