Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2509653 Ontario inc. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded.
- Merchandise and Inventory: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
- Store Operations: Manage the overall appearance and maintenance of the store, including cleaning, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Team Management: Supervise and train sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Setting: Retail business, on-site customer service
- Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, dependability, excellent written communication, initiative, judgement
