Retail Store Manager

Ontario inc is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Authorize payments, returns, and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to improve store performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance.
