Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Ontario inc. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Authorize payments, returns, and exchanges, and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
- Prepare sales reports, including sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and excellent customer service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
