Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Ontario inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
- Monitor and control store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Process transactions, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and improve store performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
