Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Ontario inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
