Job Title: Human Resources Manager

DeckMart Inc is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and coordinate with external providers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR management experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
