Job Summary:

The Corporate Human Resources Manager- Fluids will be a key player in delivering exceptional service to the Fluids Business Unit. This role requires a true generalist who can effectively manage all phases of Human Resources activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, coordinate, and administer policies and procedures related to Human Resources activities.
  • Analyze HR and safety metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to HR and safety apps.
  • Support corporate recruiting and assist plants as needed.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs for Corporate staff.
  • Update job descriptions as required and assist with immigration and relocation.
  • Track performance appraisals and assist with training programs.
  • Contribute to succession planning and IDP's.
  • Prepare month-end reports and manage employee headcount/manning reports.
  • Liaise with governmental bodies and the legal community as required.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies and applicable laws.

Requirements:

  • College degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years at a manager level.
  • CHRL/CHRP designation is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration, as well as workplace legislation and employment law.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
