Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at STEPHEN HOUSE AGENCY INC. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
    • Assist with the preparation of reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Operations
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Ensure that all administrative procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Training and Development
    • Train staff on new administrative procedures and policies.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Supervision
    • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of junior staff members.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
