As an Executive Administrative Specialist at Demostat Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in supporting our team and enhancing productivity.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative capacity.
- Organize and coordinate various events such as seminars and conferences.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team.
- Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Manage the ordering of office supplies and oversee inventory levels.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and reservations.
- Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Establish and maintain both manual and digital filing systems for information management.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documentation.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to effectively convey marketing messages.
This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 30 to 44 hours per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
