About the Role

MARC Properties Services Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Management: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Task Management: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure that all office administrative procedures are in compliance with security and safety protocols, including bondable and basic security clearance requirements.
  • Transportation and Travel: Ensure that all office administrative procedures are in compliance with transportation and travel requirements, including owning transportation.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and organized work habits.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
