Position Overview

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and facilitate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments.
  • Handle telephone communications and relay messages accurately.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Procure office supplies and oversee inventory management.
  • Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems for information management.
  • Type, proofread, and edit correspondence, forms, and various documents.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operational activities.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a commitment of 35 hours per week. The primary language of work will be English.
