Electrification Sales Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated Electrification Sales Expert to join our team in the Ontario Region. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and growing the Service business in the region.
Your primary focus will be on assigned customers in the Ontario territory, building strong relationships with them to position ABB as their trusted advisor. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop strategic account and regional sales plans, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Ontario region.
- Built strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop and implement regional sales plans.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years' experience in sales, preferably in the electrical or industrial sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in medium and low voltage electrical infrastructure, including switchgear, MCCs, transformers, and related equipment.
- Strong understanding of services, including consultative studies, engineering, digital solutions, modernization, maintenance, and other aspects of the Electrification portfolio.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.

- A competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
