About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated sales expert who can leverage their industry expertise and strong communication skills to identify new business opportunities and build strategic relationships with key accounts. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the service business in Ontario
  • Manage a portfolio of key customers, identifying opportunities to increase spare parts sales, profitability, and customer loyalty
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, C-level executives, and internal stakeholders to position ABB as a trusted advisor
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage accurate opportunity pipelines and customer interactions
  • Create and maintain yearly and long-term sales plans, aligning with business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal channels to ensure seamless customer experiences and deliver exceptional results

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in the industry, preferably in sales or business development
  • A solid understanding of medium and low-voltage electrical infrastructure, including switchgear, MCCs, transformers, and related equipment
  • The ability to utilize Microsoft tools, such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with CRM software, specifically Salesforce
