Job Summary

RSG Trucking Ltd is seeking a skilled Dump Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for safely operating a dump truck and transporting materials to various construction sites.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a dump truck to transport materials to construction sites, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Manage documentation such as inspection reports and delivery receipts.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and other drivers to coordinate logistics and resolve issues.
  • Meet safety and regulatory requirements by adhering to company policies and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Valid Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks) and Class 3/3F/DF Licence (trailer truck, vehicles with more than 3 axles).
  • Air Brakes Endorsement and experience with dump trucks.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform the demands of the job, including long hours and heavy lifting.
Working Conditions
  • On-the-road job with regular travel to various construction sites.
  • 40 hours per week with occasional overtime.
  • English language proficiency required for communication with colleagues and clients.
