Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at B.C. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff, ensuring clear expectations and deadlines are met.
  • Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and oversee the implementation of new initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in urban areas with fast-paced environments.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Frequent travel to various locations within the urban area is required.
  • Work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
