Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at B.C. LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement new administrative procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Delegate tasks to office support staff, ensuring clear expectations and deadlines are met.
- Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and oversee the implementation of new initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in urban areas with fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.
- Frequent travel to various locations within the urban area is required.
- Work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- Parking available on site.
- Permanent full-time position (30-40 hours per week).
- Opportunity to work in a dynamic team and contribute to the success of B.C. LTD.
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
