We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at 2685242 Ontario Ltd. as a key member of our staffing department.

Job Summary:

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Collect and screen applicants, ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications and requirements.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, including salary, benefits, and working conditions.
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and assess their suitability for the role.
  • Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers for successful candidates.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training, ensuring employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Recruit and hire staff, ensuring a diverse and talented team that reflects the company's values and mission.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
