At Pearl Technologies LTD., we are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, review candidate inventories, and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of staffing policies and procedures, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. The Recruitment Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure the smooth operation of our recruitment process. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
* Prepare and post notices and advertisements
* Collect and screen applicants
* Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
* Review candidate inventories
* Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
* Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions
* Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
* Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
* Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
* Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training

**Requirements:**

* College/CEGEP education
* 1 to less than 7 months of experience
* Strong understanding of staffing policies and procedures
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
