About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at SVEN Solutions. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to support the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing and Recruitment
    • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure business needs are met.
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent.
    • Source and screen candidates to ensure the best fit for our organization.
  • Candidate Management
    • Provide exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.
    • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
    • Notify applicants of results and prepare job offers.
  • Staffing Policies and Procedures
    • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
    • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
    • Recruit and hire staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects.
