We are seeking an Office Support Coordinator to join our team at GDR Logistics Inc. The successful candidate will have experience in administrative procedures and be able to establish work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines met.

The ideal candidate will have experience in co-ordinating and planning for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.

As an Office Support Coordinator, you will assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls, as well as assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.

We offer a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure, requiring attention to detail. If you have excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and are organized and reliable, we encourage you to apply.
