Office Coordinator

New Way Mortgages Corp is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As an essential member of our administrative group, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office services.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Procedures: Review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures to improve the efficiency of our office operations.
- Staff Management: Delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support our office operations.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Work Environment:
- Permanent position
- 32 to 40 hours per week
- English language
