We are seeking an experienced Support Operations Assistant to join our team at KTX Transport. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the operations team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration and be proficient in using computerized information filing systems. They will be responsible for opening and distributing mail, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries, and maintaining inventory of office supplies.

In addition, they will type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, and assist with setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

This is a permanent full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. The work language is English.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative support to the operations team
  • Maintenance of office supplies inventory
  • Typosphere ting and proofreading
  • Computerized filing systems maintenance
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • At least one year of experience in a related field

You will also need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is between $45,000 and $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
