Job Overview

This permanent, 30 hour per week position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for computer systems and networks, ensuring efficient performance and resolving user difficulties in a timely manner.
  • Consult technical manuals, guides, and documents to research and implement solutions for complex issues.
  • Collaborate with users to identify and resolve difficulties, providing advice and training as needed.
  • Maintain a comprehensive problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Ensure proper installation and setup of equipment, including cables, operating systems, and software.
  • Prioritize work tasks effectively, adhering to procedures and meeting deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • College or CE GEP education.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in technical support, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of networking software, hardware, security, and related technologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Windows, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
