Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary

Thruliquid Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide expert technical support to our clients, ensuring their business systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients across various platforms, including Android, iOS, MAC, Linux, and MS Office.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective technical solutions.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with business systems, network, and Internet support.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and other productivity software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
