Job Description

Job Title: Change Management Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at the Bank of Montreal. As a Change Management Specialist, you will be responsible for driving change management plans and activities from initiation to implementation and sustainment to achieve desired business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide business context in the design, development, and implementation of change
  • Analyze the scope of change to determine people, process, financial, technology, risks, and other impacts
  • Break down strategic problems and analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations
  • Provide advice and guidance to assigned business groups on the implementation of change
  • Identify resistance to change and build plans to overcome objectives through communications and training

Requirements:

  • Typically between 5-7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices, and standards across the project lifecycle
