Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at the Bank of Montreal. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business transformation and change initiatives that align with our company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management plans to achieve business objectives and drive cultural transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business needs and develop solutions to address them.
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders and stakeholders to ensure successful change adoption and implementation.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risks and ensure smooth transition.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and communications to support change adoption and ensure employee engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
  • Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $68,000 - $126,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
