Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at Bank of Montreal. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving change management plans and activities from initiation to implementation and sustainment to achieve desired business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful business outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide business context and design, develop, and implement change
  • Analyze the scope of change to determine people, process, financial, technology, and other impacts
  • Break down strategic problems and analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations
  • Provide advice and guidance to assigned business groups on implementation of change
Requirements
  • Typically between 7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience
  • Data-driven decision making
