    • Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

    • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Office Maintenance
    • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
    • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
