About the Role

FIVE RIVERZ IMMIGRATION CONSULTATION LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records
    • Process and verify applications, receipts, and other documents
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients and the public
    • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Office Operations
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
    • Assist with preparing and monitoring contracts and budgets
  • General Office Duties
    • Perform photocopying, collating, and filing tasks
    • Label and organize files according to retention and disposal schedules
    • Locate and retrieve files as requested
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Language
    • English language proficiency
