Requirements
  • Education and Certification: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent, current registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives, and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software applications.
  • Professional Development: Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations.
