Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain accurate office calendars.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document management, maintaining high levels of organization and efficiency.
  • Support the procurement of office supplies and upkeep of a well-organized workspace.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in an office assistant or administrative role is essential.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are crucial for success in this position.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • The salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package.
