We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office/Administrative Assistant to support our office operations in Winnipeg. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Manage phone calls, emails, and office correspondence in a timely manner.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain accurate office calendars.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management, maintaining high levels of organization and efficiency.
- Support the procurement of office supplies and upkeep of a well-organized workspace.
- Prior experience in an office assistant or administrative role is essential.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are crucial for success in this position.
- The salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package.
