**Administrative Assistant Role Overview**

Stantec is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Winnipeg Office team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to our Water Prairies and Territories team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Performing various clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and mail distribution
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Monitoring and supporting weekly timecard submissions and expense reports
  • Reviewing project and internal submittals, including templating and formatting
  • Performing other administrative duties as required

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma with a minimum of 5-10 years of administration experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and learn new skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
