Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Travelodge Quesnel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process group arrivals and departures, taking care to ensure all guests are accounted for.
  • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and changes with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, as well as recommendations for local attractions and activities.
  • Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Dependability, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
