We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Travelodge Quesnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
  • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and changes with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, as well as recommendations for local attractions and points of interest.
  • Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or motel setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Dependability, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
