Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Travelodge Quesnel.
Key Responsibilities:- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and changes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, as well as recommendations for local attractions and points of interest.
- Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or motel setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependability, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
