We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Ramada by Wyndham Quesnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reservation Management: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
  • Guest Services: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including amenities and local attractions.
  • Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
