Hotel Receptionist Role Overview

The Hotel Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests at Ramada by Wyndham Quesnel. This position requires a high level of customer service and attention to detail.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, ranging from 1 to less than 7 months.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Manage and coordinate room bookings and reservations.
  • Provide guests with comprehensive information regarding hotel amenities and services.
  • Facilitate guest check-outs and process payments accurately.
  • Perform various clerical tasks as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls and messages professionally.
  • Assist guests with any special requests or needs.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Community Engagement:
  • Engage in initiatives that support newcomers, refugees, youth employment, Veterans, Indigenous communities, and visible minorities.
Job Details:
