Water Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Water Business Development Lead to join our team at Stantec Consulting International Ltd. in Ontario East & Atlantic. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description:The Water Business Development Lead will play a key role in driving business growth and development within the Water sector. This includes identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of Water related consulting experience.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or related equivalent.
- Skills: Strong business development skills, entrepreneurial orientation, and ability to champion technical and customer service excellence.
