We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales and Business Development to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Job Description:
  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets, manage a team of sales professionals, and provide coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identify new customer opportunities, and develop solutions to meet their needs.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of related industry professional sales experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing staff and programs at national, district or regional level
  • Working knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, initiate and implement sales strategies to achieve forecasted goals
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasion and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and generous PTO package.
