**Job Title:** Executive Assistant Coordinator

Location: Travelodge Lethbridge

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant Coordinator to join our team at Travelodge Lethbridge. As an Executive Assistant Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to senior management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in office administration, customer service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures and systems
  • Supervise and train other staff members as needed
  • Analyze employee data and information to inform business decisions
  • Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and external stakeholders
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial records

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field an asset
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software
