Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team at Master\u0027s Trust Realty Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong understanding of administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
  • Prepare and review documents, including minutes of meetings and correspondence
  • Arrange travel and itineraries for team members
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and colleagues
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS Office and MS Excel skills
  • Experience working in a real estate environment
  • Criminal record check
  • Own vehicle
