Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at RKS' House Of Dosa Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Establish clear objectives for the organization, formulate policies, and approve programs that drive business success.
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work 32 to 35 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
