The Help Desk Analyst will provide technical support to employees and customers, resolving issues with computer systems, networks, and software. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to employees and customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Identify and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on technical procedures and best practices
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
Working Conditions:
