Job Title: Estate and Trust Consultant Practice Lead

As a seasoned professional in the field of estate and trust consulting, you will be responsible for leading a team of experts in delivering exceptional service to clients across Western Canada. Your primary objective will be to drive business growth and development, while ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the estate and trust consulting team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to excel in their roles.
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and revenue, while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in estate and trust planning to drive results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring the team is equipped to provide the best possible advice to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in estate and trust consulting, with a strong background in wealth planning and management.
  • STI, MTI, or TEP designation/diploma, with a law degree or membership in a Canadian law society being an asset.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and development, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of experts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex estate and trust planning scenarios.
