**Position Overview**

VitalEdge is seeking a technical Virtual Implementation Consultant who will help guide stakeholders through the process of implementing MyDealer, a platform of Intellidealer. This person will also create customer reports for our external customers. They will help guide stakeholders through the process of designing data solutions for clients, while having the technical skills to build and implement those solutions through a number of software tools and database resources.

**Responsibilities**
- Successfully train dealership personnel
- Answer all install questions based upon dealer best practices and present alternatives or recommendations where appropriate
- Ability to present the results of complex data analytics to a non-technical audience in a clear and concise manner
- Take responsibility for the outcome of assigned duties and installs
- Extract data from Intellidealer, analytics, and other data sources to be manipulated, merged, and analyzed to produce reports, graphs, dashboards and other output

**Required Skills & Education**
- Minimum of 3 years or more of relevant experience
- Experience with multiple reporting & visualization techniques.
- 3+ years’ experience writing SQL queries against a data warehouse or similar data store
- 3+ years’ experience with data visualization using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Excel
- Experience with Data Warehousing platforms (Oracle, SQL Server)
- Confidence in communicating virtually with customers
- Ability to learn quickly and focus on process improvements
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment cross functionally
- Comfortable writing technical summaries or whitepapers
- Excellent technical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and customer service communication skills
- Communicate effectively with business consultants, agency partners and enterprise sales to gather and understand requirements.

**Preferred Skills**

Experience with Heavy Equipment/Auto Dealership industry; specifically, Dealer Management Software
