As a commercial real estate capital provider with mortgage investments across all real estate asset classes in Canada, Peakhill Capital offers a unique opportunity for career growth and development.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will assist various personnel in completing initial funding file setups, instructing external consultants, and processing loan advances. They will also collect, review, and verify loan documentation and funding information from stakeholders and third parties.
- Ensure pre-funding requirements are met on time for established funding dates and that documentation corresponds to commitment terms and regulatory guidelines.
- Deliver services as contracted and protect confidentiality of loan information.
- Closely coordinate with accounting department for timely release of mortgage funds.

To be considered for this role, you should have an undergraduate degree preferably in a related field. You must possess strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, as well as working knowledge of commercial mortgage documentation.
