Executive Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Hospitality Inn Hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory
- Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient room cleaning and maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of service and quality
- Coordinate maintenance and repair services to ensure prompt resolution of any issues
- Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure efficient operations
- Coordinate in-house laundry services to ensure timely and efficient processing
- Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure optimal coverage and productivity
- Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out to maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff
- Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week
- Fluency in English
