We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Hospitality Inn Hotel. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Provide guidance and support to housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Inventory Management
- Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that they are adequate and well-maintained.
- Coordinate the ordering and delivery of supplies and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of operations.
- Quality Control
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by guests or staff to ensure that they are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Communication and Teamwork
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping staff, other hotel departments, and external partners to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
- Work collaboratively with other hotel teams to ensure that our guests receive a consistently high level of service and satisfaction.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment with a focus on guest satisfaction and quality service.
- Personal Qualities
- Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
This is a permanent position with a 30 to 40 hour workweek. The language of work is English.
