Executive Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Hospitality Inn Hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory
- Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient room cleaning and maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to identify and address any issues or concerns
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet our high standards
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, departmental policies, and local health and sanitation regulations
- Coordinate maintenance and repair services to maintain the hotel's facilities
- Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
- Coordinate in-house laundry services and schedule dry cleaning and valet services as needed
- Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
